Our Cancellation Policy - Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect the time of the business, the following policies apply: Appointment Deposits -A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Cancellation Policy - We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full-service pricing will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. Card on File - A valid card on file is required to book appointments. By booking, you authorize charges according to this policy if applicable. Emergencies - We understand that emergencies happen. True emergencies will be handled with discretion at management’s approval. Cancellations and less than 24 hour rescheduling may be allowed upto three instances within a 12 month period. Further instances may be denied appointments. Packages & Gift Cards - Missed appointments for prepaid packages or gift card services will result in forfeiture of that session. ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
