Cancellation & Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect the time of the business, the following policies apply: Appointment Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full-service pricing will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. Card on File A valid card on file is required to book appointments. By booking, you authorize charges according to this policy if applicable. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. True emergencies will be handled with discretion at management’s approval. Packages & Gift Cards Missed appointments for prepaid packages or gift card services will result in forfeiture of that session. ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
